Food was OK. Staff have that out of the way attitude to customers in that their closing time is more important than their customers requirements. I can see that they get business on the spill over from the restaurant that is over the road. If not starving, give the place a miss.
Great tasting bread. cakes. A real local bakery. Also does meals

Great campsite on the edge of Loch Dunvegan. Close to the village centre so easy to walk to the local restaurants. Staff very friendly and accommodating on arrival and helped with some questions during our stay. Facilities are more than adequate, very clean with a large toilet block, good quality showers and laundry etc if required. We were luck to have a pitch right on the Loch-side, however all pitches appear to have really good views. Would visit again.
Skye is extremely busy and we were warned to book before travelling. Booking on line is a bonus. We were made to feel very welcome, the young couple running the site could not have been more helpful moving us to the best pitch overlooking the loch as soon as it became available. A stunning location, modern clean facilities and excellent customer service.

Stopped off here on the way to Neist Point. The gardens are a nice little walk, and the castle is good but doesn't allow photography. The main event here was the boat trip to see the seals (an extra £7.50 per adult). The boat is tiny, and the water can be choppy. Depending on how you feel about that you'll either have a brilliant time or 25 minutes running over what you'll do in the event of a capsize. I may have been closer to the latter, but the seals really were brilliant to see. We sailed very close to the them, got some good photos, and gave my daughter her first chance to get so close to seals. "Woof woof," she said...
Interesting place if you enjoy clan history. The castle has a number of interesting rooms and details of the clan chiefs through the years. Try pick a dry day and take in the gardens.

Hotel looks from the outside a little dated but the service and food was lovely fish was huge....😮
Staff are wonderful. The hotel itself is "tired" and is in need of a great deal of work to bring it up to modern day standards.
